What you may do
You may download, print, and use the free resources for your own learning or inside one business. You may share an unmodified copy with employees or contractors working for that same business.
What you may not do
You may not resell, sublicense, upload to a public resource library, distribute outside that business, remove attribution, white-label, translate for distribution, or use the material to create a competing product without written permission.
No guaranteed outcome
The resources are educational tools. They do not guarantee revenue, conversion, compliance, or any other result. You remain responsible for professional judgment, customer communication, and applicable laws in your location.
Version and integrity
Use the content ID and version printed on the resource when discussing a file. Prospera may update or withdraw a resource when a clearer, safer, or more useful version becomes available.
